Topic: Community Posting Guidelines
The intention of this post is to help members of the FreeBee Hosting community write their forum posts in a manner which allows others to better benefit from the post.
Please follow these simple guidelines to ensure that fellow members will be able to understand your post and address it quickly and appropriately.
Use proper spelling and grammar when possible. We realize not all members know English as a first language; it is best for everyone though to write in a readable manner. Please don't "shout" (writing in all capitals.)
Be concise with the topic subject (a.k.a. the thread title.) Getting straight to the point allows people who are familiar with your problem to help you. If the title is vague ("help please"), too long, or inaccurate, people may not click it.
Give as much information about the problem you're experiencing as you know. List solutions you've tried that don't work.
If posting a script or programming language you should use code tags. Don't forget other BBCode that helps with post formatting: lists, quotes, bold, underline, hyperlinks, etc. See the BBCode help.
Respect other people's opinions. Remember the old golden rule to "treat others how you'd like to be treated." Offer constructive criticism since that will actually help people.
Never post any of your passwords or login information. If requested by a staff member, only send this information by private message on the forum. Feel free to change your password temporarily and to give this temporary password to the staff member rather than your original one.
Thanks for taking the time to read this post. Hopefully you'll enjoy meeting other FreeBee Hosting members on the forums!
