Topic: FTP login not working for paid account

Hi...I'm trying to connect to my site (adamswartzpuppets.com) via FileZilla. I just recently upgraded from free to paid with this site, and I have changed my password. On the off chance that the FTP account was using the old password, I've tried both that and the new password, but nothing seems to be working. The format I'm using is:

Host: ftp.adamswartzpuppets.com
Username: adamswar
Password: (insert my login password here)
Port: 21

I've also tried creating a new FTP account with admin@adamswartzpuppets.com, but that is also failing to connect. This is the error message I get, either way:

Command:    PASS *********
Response:    530 Login incorrect.
Error:    Critical error
Error:    Could not connect to server

Am I doing something wrong, here, or is there a problem with the server?

adamswar, It appears to be working fine for me. Could you open a ticket in your paid hosting billing area with the password you're using so we can look into this further.
